ONCOLOGY
Ixabepilone
In combination with capecitabine for the treatment of patients with metastatic or locally advanced breast cancer resistant to treatment with an anthracycline and a taxane, or whose cancer is taxane resistant and for whom further anthracycline therapy is contraindicated.
Crisantaspase
Treatment of Hodgkin's disease (multiple lymphadenoma). Treatment of other malignant lymphomas including lymphosarcoma, reticulosarcoma, Brill-Symmers disease. It is dissimilar to other cytostatic agents and may be effective in cases resistant to other drugs and X- rays.
Procarbazine

Enfortumab Vedotin
Treatment Used to treat adults with bladder cancer and cancers of the urinary tract (renal pelvis, ureter or urethra) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
Diazoxide
Used to manage symptoms of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) that is caused by pancreas cancer, surgery, or other conditions. Diazoxide works by preventing release of insulin from the pancreas

Anagrelide is a drug used for the treatment of essential thrombocytosis, or overproduction of blood platelets. It also has been used in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia
Selpercatinib
Medication for the treatment of cancers in people whose tumors have an alteration in a specific gene. This used for RET driven cancers or rearrangement or gene fusion. That is when a piece of DNA joins with another gene and creates a fusion. This fusion leads to uncontrolled cell growth and cancer. This is the most common RET gene error in lung cancer. Thyroid and There are different types of RET rearrangements

Sacrosidase
For the treatment of genetically determined sucrase deficiency, which is part of Congenital Sucrase-Isomaltase Deficiency (CSID). Sucraid is an enzyme replacement therapy, providing a substitute for the sucrase enzyme in the small intestine that is missing or not working in people who have CSID.
Miglustat
To treat adults with mild to moderate type I Gaucher disease for whom enzyme replacement therapy is unsuitable
Nitisinone
To treat hereditary tyrosinemia type 1 (HT-1) in patients from all ages, in combination with dietary restriction of tyrosine and phenylalanine
Tolvaptan
Tolvaptan is used to treat hyponatremia (low sodium in the blood) in patients with heart failure or syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone (SIADH). Tolvaptan is also used to slow kidney function decline in adults who are at risk of rapidly progressing autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
Vasopressin
Vasopressin decreases water excretion by the kidneys by increasing water reabsorption in the collecting ducts, hence its other name of antidiuretic hormone. Vasopressin also has a potent constricting effect on arterioles throughout the body.
Ivacaftor
Ivacaftor is a medication used to treat cystic fibrosis in people with certain mutations in the cystic fibrosis transmembraneconductance regulator gene, who account for 4–5% cases of cystic fibrosis.

Used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension. Treprostinil is a synthetic analog of prostacyclin. Treprostinil helps to improve symptoms such as shortness of breath and tiredness.

Foscarnet
Treats Eye infections caused by a virus in people with AIDS. The virus is called cytomegalovirus (CMV) and the infection is known as CMV retinitis. Foscavir stops the infection from getting worse but it cannot repair the damage that has already happened.
Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV). Foscavir is given to people with HSV who have a weakened immune system. It is given to people who have not got better from HSV after having a medicine called aciclovir.
